Toronto Private Residence

An Artistic Interpretation of Life

The Toronto Private Residence, designed by Luo Yan, is a unique and artistic interpretation of the beauty of life. With a focus on global perspectives and skillful aesthetic judgment, Yan has redefined art and space to create a colorful and inspiring living experience.

In this villa, Yan has brought her artistic vision to life, creating an ideal home for the owner. The space is natural, refreshing, and elegant, without excessive decorations or luxury. It showcases the beauty of nature, the miracle of time, and the romance of life.

The design follows a simple and elegant architectural style, with pearl white and wood brown defining the interior space. The use of white brightens and simplifies the space, highlighting the overall structure and order. Wooden and bamboo furniture help create a simple and elegant atmosphere, adding a natural texture to the space. These design elements come together to depict a bright image of an ideal life.

Within the house, old concrete columns, artistic trays, and fabric stools complement the space perfectly. Natural-colored jars, bowls, bottles, and furniture add an antique appeal and beauty to the space. Without luxury arts, the space exudes a sense of natural and random touches, creating a harmonious blend of art and everyday life.

The Toronto Private Residence is located in Toronto, Canada, and was completed in October 2018. The project area spans 1025 square meters. The design team, led by Luo Yan, overcame the challenge of integrating art into the space while maintaining a simple and pure aesthetic. The result is a design that pays attention to scale and leaves room for art and imagination.

The Toronto Private Residence was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award recognizes designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The design contributes to quality of life improvements, making the world a better place.
